Pilgrims’ Friend Society’s Leonora Home in Wood Lane, Chippenham says goodbye to long serving carer and housekeeper, Janet Bishop.
Mrs Bishop, who lives in Calne, has worked at the home for 26 years all told, first as a night carer, and later as a housekeeper.
The team at Leonora – a small, christian care home for the elderly – threw a lunch time send off for Janet, with staff, residents and friends in attendance. Janet is seen holding gifts, cards, and a congratulatory letter from the CEO of Pilgrims’ Friend Society.
